Batteries plus in Maricopa has the best customer service possible. CHRIS is so helpful and friendly with the best attitude and desire to help. I took my phone in for repair Nd he cleaned the C charging port for free…no up sales just asked that I come in for any future needs. I highly recommend this store for and battery, phone or electrical needs.

it was a warranty repair and started off ok other than they didnt have the part which left me without a phone for about a week. The gentleman helping me that day was nice even offered me a gift for the inconvenience which goes a long way because there was nothing that could be done. when the part finally came in my front screen wasfixed pretty quick but when I got it back the tech apologized for accidently breaking the back of my phone which I was told would be fixed. I’ve been called by 2 associates asking about the incident which has prolonged my phone getting fixed it’s been 2 weeks I work doing remodeling and my phone is shaddered in the back so it’s been an inconvenience to say the least.

Worst experience ever… once I arrived it is very pungent from the nail salon next door then I talked to the young man behind the counter who seemed to know what he was doing. He had to order my truck battery in I was other on Thursday he said it would be in on Monday. When I arrived on Monday a different counter person was there had no idea what I was talking about and also called the other guy who forgot to pick up the battery and just said tell him it will be there on Thursday I was not waiting three more day I went to O’Reilly’s 🤬🤬🤬

Love this place. Their store brand batteries work as well as name brand ones at a fraction of the price. On top of that you can take them back for recycling once you’ve used them.

i had gone in initially to switch my battery, when i had went to pick up my phone my screen was not working, i go back they take it in to check it, the boy ends up switching the screen, it was a nice screen but it wasn’t entirely my devices exact screen, it literally did not last a day and it cracked on its own, leaving the screen useless and unable to interact with the display my device had a screen protector and even if the screen was cracked the display would have been able to work properly, they rushed the process of switching the battery and switching the screen also. final thoughts don’t shop here they have cheep hard wear and point at you and offer to charge you 175 to get it fixed again and when i had asked if they could they said they didn’t have my device’s screen confirming they had installed some bootleg, just for the sake of getting me out the door.
