I Will Repair

Took my laptop in for a battery replacement and the USB ports to be replaced. Sousan accepted the project and then returned the laptop to me quickly, I thought, “great – that was fast!” Went to use laptop about 3 weeks later and it would not turn on. I went back to them for assistance and they told me they could not help because the window (for them) to return the part had closed. I thought, that’s odd, how long is your warranty on the parts and labor you selected to use? No reply, simply repeated that they couldn’t return the part which means to me, they bought the cheapest part they could find for the job and replaced it without ensuring compatibility nor functionality and then passed the buck when it was clearly poor execution and research. Opened the laptop myself and it determined that it is was a generic extremely cheap part that I was upcharged for and not genuine MSI. Not only was this repair performed unprofessionally; but she denied culpability, refused to replace it on her dime, completely ignored my request for new USB ports, lost a screw that held the back cover on, and demonstrated zero interest in taking ownership of the problems. In addition to all of that, she didn’t return the battery she took out for comparison and when asked about the USB ports, waved her hand dismissively like that would just be too much work. She could have told me she couldn’t deal with the USB ports in the beginning. I will never take anything there again – as an IT professional who has been in this business since 1999, I would strongly advise you to avoid this establishment and if you want something done right, research and do it yourself.

Great local screen repair! Sousan was able to fix my Samsung Galaxy quickly and for a fair price.

The quality of the repair was outstanding, but more impressive was her argument on why it was better for me to switch to Apple. It centered around security and data usage, which are both really important.

Sousan has an impressive background in tech, and it shows after a few minutes of chatting. I would highly recommend using her services if you want it done right with no corners being cut.

The last repair left broken pieces of glass in the phone? Not appreciated. Sousan cleaned all that up and served up great conversation.

P.S. If your a dog lover, better not visit, because her two Aussies will steal your heart. Also, I bought her only iPhone and will make the switch soon.

They have been great! It started with my kid messing up her Nintendo switch charging port and it required micro soldering to fix which is a rare skill. They since fixed our phone, a DVD player, other Nintendo switches. There isn’t much they can’t do. Exceptional customer service.
