    I’m editing this review one last time. The tech that came out, Neal, was incredibly helpful and professional. He did all he could to try to avoid the major repair of the compressor, making several visits to attempt repair, only charging for the first. I can attest that Mr. Appliance absolutely honors their one year warranty. Though I ended up opting for a replacement fridge over the compressor repair, I have no complaints at all. The service was excellent from the scheduling, to Neal navigating the technical problems. I can and would recommend them to anyone.

    Neal came to my home to diagnose and repair a problem with our ice and water dispenser. He was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose the repair. He kept me informed of his timetable for his arrival. It was nice to drink water from my water dispenser this afternoon. I also had an excuse to clean out my fridge.

    I have used your company multiple times and had some issues, but overall was satisfied. I scheduled an appointment online this week for service and got a call the following day from someone supposedly named Casey (couldn’t speak English well enough to actually be named Casey) wanting to confirm information for for the appointment which was totally expected.
    The problem is that this person wanted a credit card over the phone (barely speaking English) to actually book the appointment. There is no way I’m giving my credit card info over the phone, to a company I’ve used before, to a person that barely speaks English, for work that has not been done.

    I’m sorry that you have this apparently new policy, but that policy is the single reason I called someone else (that didn’t need a credit card to come out).
