Truly avoid Michael Granados and Truly The Best Plumbing. He charged me $12,500 for a sewer line repair that had to be ripped out and replaced. I had his work reviewed by an independent third party plumber and home inspector and both advised that the plumbing had been installed without the right slope (in fact in areas it ran uphill). I paid out of pocket for 3rd party consultants who advised to stop work, rip out the not to code plumbing install and start again. It’s been over 2 years and Michael Granados has not returned the monies he agreed to pay me back for the ill performed work. I also started the job under representation that Michael Granados was bonded, licensed and insured. Although his status is currently in good standing on the AZROC website; when I pulled his status after starting work it was “suspended” which lead to a lot of mistrust in the process until I realized I was being led through the ringer on a job that kept expanding scope with additional charges every 3 days with plumbing that wasn’t fixed. Avoid at all costs.

This is an excellent company very reasonable pricing and excellent work the service plumber. Mike was very courteous and did an amazing job very professional. Thank you. Will call again and use their business.
