They THREATENED me! Booked a Uhaul here a month in advanced cause we were moving out of state, showed up and the guy there said they did not have it. I asked him why he didnt call me, and he said that it was not his job…. weird right? The guy literally offered me no help, and told me to just call customer service, while he went outside for a smoke. Thanks to customer service I was able to get another one schedule, 45 min away. After my call with customer service, I was upset and told him he needs to learn how to run a business, with what I admit contained some less that choice words. I acknowledge that was wrong of me, but he responded by telling me that “I better watch my back, and that I don’t know who I am dealing with!”. Oh and all this happened with my wife and 2 year old daughter present. Sketchy huh?! Do not go to this place!
I don’t know where to start. But here it goes. When your close friend can’t be with you because of distance and now being quarantined due to Covid-19, the next option is being thoughtful and send some flowers for Mother’s day (which was SUNDAY 5/10/2020). To begin, it’s Tuesday 5/12 and I see that there was someone dropping off an arrangement that I was expecting Sunday from my dear friend in CA. It was meant to be a surprise for me. She finally asked me last night if I had received anything from her for Mother’s day and I said no. So she followed up this morning and apparently Dawn the manager was clueless and unapologetic of the “error” they made because that’s what she called this issue, an error. She did not want to apologize like every good manager should and provide the best customer service because of course the customer is always right. You should know that by now Dawn! The fact that this is actually the SECOND time my friend orders from here because it’s like the only flower shop in Maricopa!(Not many choices). The first arrangement was definitely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! But that one was delivered on time.
But look at what she had originally ordered for me and what I actually received. Its not even close. My complaint is on her behalf but I am upset too because she did not have a good experience (TWICE!) I felt bad because she put all her love in an arrangement she chose for me. BUT this is were the phrase, “its the thought that counts.” Comes to place. And I’m all about supporting small Businesses too! But this was just very unfortunate experience. Shame on you Dawn! My vase isn’t even Yellow! Nor the previous arrangement, the vase was suppose to be pink! 🤬😡😠
