I came in needing help with something small—changing the battery in my keyless entry—but the way she showed up meant so much more than the task itself.
Jennifer was patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. Sometimes you just need good energy around you, and she brought exactly that. Her spirit is beautiful, and it shines through in how she treats people.

Typical AutoZone. Every time I have gone to this location, they have had what I needed. No issues in that regard. However, the parking lot and landscaping are littered with trash. I’m sure some of it originates from the Wal-Mart parking lot, but would it really be that difficult to have an employee walk the premises daily to pick up trash?
My wife just left the Wells location and said the manager treated very bad. Snapped at her from behind the counter while she was in line. Talked down to her about different pricing of brake pads and claimed they don’t carry spark plugs for her Kia K5. She said never mind and walked out. She had purchased a battery two day ago and the employee had to fight with the manager to replace it for her. I don’t know the managers name but she was rude to my wife. Kuddos to the employee for standing up to her. She went to the O’Reiley’s instead and they were very nice. Never again Autozone!
Jen tested and changed my battery on my car a couple weeks ago. She went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn’t have to return for related issues. It’s already been 90+ degrees here in AZ. Jen was lovely. Thank you mamas! Thanks to Jose as well for the assist on changing my stubborn windshield wipers.
I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at AutoZone. Recently, I needed help with my car battery, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help.
Chris the manager and Carter Associate checked my battery, explained what was going on in a way I could easily understand, and made sure I had everything I needed to get back on the road safely. Their professionalism and excellent customer service made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and reassuring.
I truly appreciate the team for their friendliness and support. It’s not every day you come across people who take pride in helping others, and AutoZone certainly did.
