The people here are very friendly and very knowledgeable on cars. They went out of their way to help me figure out and locate parts for on 3 different vehicles. To googling things and reading through what they found, just to show how much they tried to help me figure out the solution to my problems. Best O’Reilly’s I’ve ever been too! From assistance manager’s to every employee I encountered was just a great experience each time I’ve been there. Thanks to all the people that have helped me at the O’Reilly Maricopa location by Walmart!

I’ve had car batteries installed at O’Reilly Auto Parts locations in the past, so I was surprised and frustrated when this store refused to install the one I just purchased for $307. The employee told me it was “too hard” to install. That’s not the level of service I expect, especially when other O’Reilly locations have done it without issue. Very disappointing experience and poor consistency in customer service.

I was looking to buy wiper blades for my 2024 Chevy Trax, they were unable to order them for me, so I went to dealership to get them & I went back to O’Reilly’s & they installed them for free. The dealership wanted $97.
Everyone at O’Reilly’s super friendly. I definitely will be shopping there for my auto parts

I needed a new battery and I have a bit of a complicated installation with a GMC. One employee wasn’t comfortable with the installation but Chris felt comfortable helping me. I really appreciate his good customer service and willingness to help me. He was professional and efficient. Kudos to Chris for his great customer service!!
