The way I Love my Loctician (Chan) down is crazy! She has been doing my hair for years. The time, detail and professionalism is top tier. She is efficient and it’s effortless! I also love using her hair oil! It’s done wonders for my scalp and my loc’s

First, I struggled to find the location, i was charged late fee twice $50, the attitude and quest for money money money just threw me off. Here I thought I was going to use both of them as my new hair stylist, it’s an understatement to say i was disappointed at their unprofessionalism, the customer service which was below average. They raised their voices and surely not problem solvers giving how they easily got angry; during washing there was one shampoo application, she was so rough it hurt so bad i screamed and some pieces of my locs came off, she applied no conditioner, and towel dry again even harder i held my stomach, they both rushed my retwist one of them (darker) was very rough (same who shampooed), then they did not lay down my edges before the drying. Lastly, their dressing style totally inappropriate (don’t bring your kids). Customers are the ones who bring money to a business, and trying to make all the money from one person in one day is not a wise business strategy, it always often fails and you stay broke. I wouldn’t send anyone there, I wouldn’t return either.
