I had an issue with my tankless water heater leaking and called AZ Quality Plumbing. Since they don’t service tankless units, they referred me to S&H Remodel and Maintenance—and I’m glad they did.
Logan, the owner, came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and even contacted the manufacturer himself to get a replacement heating element covered under warranty. The part arrived within two days, and Logan had it installed in just a couple of hours.
Great communication, fast service, and honest work. Most importantly, my granddaughter can enjoy a warm bath again thanks to Logan. Highly recommend!

We had major plumbing issues. Logan was great he came out and gave us a bid. He took his time to go through each issue. Main bathroom tub leaking not installed properly and plumbing was in correct. We had a water softener not installed correctly and our tankless water heater. All I can say when you check for license check to see if they hold a license for plumbing and if not move forward with another company. Logan has both plumbing and contractor license. We have another huge project to get fixed and will have him out to do the plumbing again. He was not the highest bid and not the cheapest. He was fair and to me on the low end for everything he did for us.
