Their ice cream is very, very good. The employees are super friendly and the store is always clean. My only issue is the price. I stopped in to pick up dessert for my family and 8 ice cream sandwiches cost $27. That’s not inflation, that’s excessive price gouging. They were delicious though.

one of the best, brightest, & cleanest cold stones i’ve ever been to. staff was amazing – they were all super friendly and patient with me when making my decisions, even one of the managers Luis popped out to say hello & ask how things were going. 1000/10 will be back, the staff & ice cream couldn’t be more perfect.

I visited the Cold Stone Creamery located at 17430 N. Porter Road, Suite 100 in Maricopa, Arizona on a Saturday afternoon. There was a party of 2 people in front of me and someone took their order. She walked into the back of the store and another employee took my order. I ordered a “create your own” in the smallest sized cup with French Vanilla Ice Cream and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. She prepared my order and it was ready before the other employee returned from the back of the store. The total including tax was $6.61. I took a seat in the lobby and enjoyed it. The ice cream was cold and thick and the combination of the two ingredients was yummy. As I was enjoying my treat, 8 more customers got in line. Right behind me was a party of 5 people. I was done eating and walked out of the store before their order was ready. I got through the line pretty quickly, but it seems as though the service does take time. It was pretty expensive for what I got, but it did taste good. Now to work off those calories. I would recommend this place to others, but bring some patience with you.

Not the best, but okay.
Service is TERRIBLE. But, if you survive that long wait and horrid experience with staff, you might just actually enjoy the food.

Waffle cones are simply sitting in open air on the counters (stacked up). Too many actually. As if they are what’s expected to sell in one month. Just sitting there. Flies keep landing on them 🤢
It’s a new location.
I hope they get better trained staff.

I was in the valley, stopped by ColdStone, although they had a line. I wanted to try their ice cream “coffee lovers” yumm…
I probably waited for 30 mins, which is fine, understandable they just opened. I wasn’t expecting fast service. Crew and management they did their best to serve me.
Will definitely come back again.
Oh and don’t forget about the chocolate factory.. them Caramel apples look tasty!
