Crumbl

We went to our Maricopa Crumbl cookie store at approximately 1:45pm on May 25th. I noticed something interesting as they mixed the cookie dough. My wife and I always use pure ingredients—nothing fake. Crumbl cookies used Artificial Vanilla flavorings! We watched the woman measure it out and then poured it in the dough. So much for their claims of the best ingredients available! This was confirmed on Crumbl’s website. Great artificial flavored cookies for $5 each! 🐂 💩!

Crumbl, you guys are the saddest location ever! Your cookies are too expensive not to look the way your pictures advertises. The cinnamon square is my fave, and there was not a hint of cinnamon to be found. It tasted and looked like a vanilla cake on the inside, with cream cheese frosting. This is not the first time you have made major mistakes, but this will be my last time that I visit your location. You guys are cutting corners. 🚩🚩🚩🚩

False advertisement. Ordered the herseys cookies and cream cookie that’s advertised with a piece of the herseys cookies and cream candy bar but I received a cookie with a milk chocolate candy bar piece on it and the cookie looked sloppy. Additionally, the icing was not cookies and cream flavored icing, it was plain white chocolate flavored. I posted a photo of what I received versus what was advertised. We didn’t notice the difference until we got home or we wouldn’t have purchased this poorly presented cookie. The cookie didn’t taste very good either. This is the third time we’ve been disappointed with the cookies at this crumbl location, we will not be returning.
