The bacon breakfast burrito at Vekol Market was excellent. The bacon was cooked perfectly, the ingredients were fresh, and the burrito was packed with flavor from start to finish. The portion size was generous and easily kept me full for hours.
One thing you absolutely need to do is get the salsa. They included it with my order without me even having to ask, but I’m not sure if they always do. That salsa didn’t just make a great burrito better—it made it tremendous. It completely elevated the whole meal and honestly made it worth driving all the way across town for.
If you’re looking for a great breakfast in Maricopa, I highly recommend the bacon breakfast burrito. Fresh ingredients, great flavor, amazing salsa, and outstanding value. I’ll definitely be back for another one.

I was in need of a breakfast burrito near the Harrah’s Ak-Chin Hotel And Casino and I found Vekol Market offered Breakfast Burritos.
My wife and I got a Ham and Egg Breakfast Burrito, and I got a Chorizo and Egg Burrito.
I was able to get the burritos inside and top off the gas tank at the gas station while they were being made in the kitchen inside the store.
