Cilantros Mexican Cocina

If I could have rated this zero stars I would but here we are with a one star review. Okay I’ve been here before only because my favorite Mexican restaurant is Alberto’s is closed on Sundays and I wanted to have Menudo on a Sunday. This might be the last time I get food from Cilantros because the service was not good. There was two Ladies serving food and one blond Lady charging when I went. The girl that served my menudos did serve it to the top and then the blonde took one poured it out and serve it again her way. And continued to say I was yelled at before on how to serve the menudos. That was very annoying and rude on her part and it’s also backtracking the work the other employee already did. And the blonde served less than the other one I have attached photos of how much of a difference it is. They need to pay attention on how to set a standard on how to serve. The food is good but terrible service skills especially for that blonde.

When I go on deliveries I love eating at small town Mexican food places and most of the time its the best ever, however Cilantros got some work to do. Let’s start off with rice, crunchy, salsa red and green are havely salted. Chicken i can explain it, I bet their carnasada is good because they put no efforts in the Chicken.

The service was decent and the place was clean. The food was horrible. We ordered a green chili burrito, 2 fish tacos and 2 margaritas around 6pm. The meat was dry and bland in the burrito, the “fish” tacos were a nasty fish stick in a tortilla with some shredded lettuce and cheese, the margaritas were rimmed with regular table salt. There was so much salt it fell into the drink making it undrinkable. We left all our food and the margaritas and left. We will never be back. With all the choices for Mexican food in town, no one needs to go here.
