I ordered a deluxe burger and Oreo shake I received a cheese burger and an m&m after confirming my order enish I politely walked up and addressed my concern and asked if I could get the correct order in which they were in able to fulfill I was told I had to pay for a separate order and found it unfair it’s almost as if kids these days either don’t want to do anything or can’t take instructions even after confirming the food was good but the experience was terrible. I was ashamed to come to this Culver’s to receive this kind of service

We had a great experience for dinner tonight. While there was an issue with our order, they quickly took care of it. In the mean time I witnessed Stephanie an employee speaking with group of elders. She was sweet, listened well and used excellent manners with them . You don’t see that many young ones take the time and be present. I’m sure Stephanie was raised right, but honestly she also seemed like she genuinely liked her job. She had a smile on her face every time I saw her. Great job Stephanie 👏 always keep that up where ever you go. Culvers Maricopa, you are doing great. You are our families favorite fast food spot in town!

First time going to this location in the city of Maricopa, Arizona.
Wonderful employees, great atmosphere, fast service with fresh and delicious food.
This was just like in the commercials, and I’ll definitely be back.

I don’t eat fast food much, but when it comes to burgers Culvers usually has great food. Today, not so much. My burger was cold and had been sitting. The bun and veggies were refrigerator cold. The cheese was cold also, which tells me my order was not made fresh. This is typical of Maricopa. Bring in a great restaurant and destroy it. Very discouraging. I will not be back.

First time here. I ordered the double butter burger. Not bad. My bun was stale, and the french fries were crinkle cut. If you like that cut, you will love these. The custard was really good and I enjoyed their sweet tea.
One of our orders was messed up by the attendant, but it was rectified.
