First time ordering at this location, I am disappointed. So when I picked up my order, the girl said let me check everything to make sure you have it all. She checks it slowly & said it’s all there just grab your soda on the way out. When I got home, there was no salad & no sauces for anything I ordered. I called & I was told mistakes happens if that’s so then make sure you do better or better yet train better if she’s new. I’m supposed to go back, but I refused. If the person claims it’s a Friday & it’s busy then how about double check no need to rush if it’s busy. Anyway I don’t think I’ll come back with this kind of service. No sincere apology just excuses why I didn’t get it all

This is coming from a frequent customer and someone who has always recommended this place whenever people ask where to get good pizza in Maricopa. Sadly, after the customer service I experienced tonight, I no longer feel comfortable recommending it.
I placed an order Monday night, and the estimated pickup time online said 8:05 PM. I arrived on time, only to find out the pizzas hadn’t even gone into the oven yet. I was told it would be another 10 minutes, with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay.
I came back about 15 minutes later, and the pizzas were still in the oven. The woman at the front said it would be a couple more minutes, and I politely said no worries. She then let the guy in the back know that a customer was waiting on his pizzas, and his response was basically that I could keep waiting.
At that point, I had already been waiting over 20 minutes past the promised pickup time. Mistakes happen, delays happen, I completely understand that. But poor communication and dismissive attitudes toward customers are what made this experience frustrating.
You guys have to do better.

The Chicago style pizza was delicious. The portion size for their bread sticks was great for the price. Their Gluten free pizza is one if the very few places ive been to that is delicious. I got a full pizza two individual pizza slices for my kids , wings and bread sticks all for under $75. Highly recommend and I will be ordering from them again in the future

I give 4 stars because the sauce is delicious and the crust on the deep dish is good (when it’s not burnt😭) and I genuinely like the pizza. But for the love of God, please put an appropriate amount of meat on the deep dish. Two pieces of beef per slice is a travesty…and yes, I searched for more. The service is good, the taste is there, but you guys skimp out on the toppings…and this was not the first time.

10-1-25 we ordered an 18un thin crust pizza, Sausage Mushroom 1/2 black olives the other half pepperoni. The pizza was horrible had very few toppings. We wondered like what has happened.
I called the store and s/w Nathan Mgr and he gave me another pizza free the next time we ordered. 10-27-25 I ordered our usual. When I ordered I didn’t not tell the girl on the phone that Nathan gave us a free pizza. I wanted to compare the pizza from the beginning of the month to the one I just ordered. When I arrived my pizza was still in the oven. The girl at the front counter said it was 39.00 for the pizza. I then gave her the 10-1-25 receipt showing I had s/w Nathan and he gave us a free pizza. I got my free pizza and left. When I got home this pizza wasn’t much better than the last one that I had complained about and Nathan gave us another pizza free. Very few toppings it was basically a cheese pizza. I have never been so disappointed. I thought it was just a one time issue. Obviously not. I’m done. I will never purchase a pizza from this company. 40.00 for hardly any toppings. Basically just olives and mushrooms. Where’s the meat!
In the past the pizza was great. Something has obviously happened.
They just lost this customer.
