Visited this spot during the weekend and was BLOWN AWAY. Great Portions of Flavorful Hot comfort food. This is exactly what I would want to eat after a long day.
We arrived in the parking lot where several food trucks and vendors were posted up. We ordered our food and walked around to see the other vendors while we waited for our food.
I ordered an Alcapurria and a Grilled Steak Loaded Maduros. After the first bite, I couldn’t stop to take a picture. But I took a picture of the menu and the side of the truck to help you find it. The service was friendly and well informed. You can tell they are passionate about what they do.
If you feel like you need a hug from a loved one, and a stuffed stomach, get a plate of food from here… it’s pretty much both wrapped into one.

Amazing Puertorican food. Try the Jibarito sandwich, waooo Brought me back to the island. My family ordered loaded maduros and loaded tostones. They loved it! The alcapurias were very good too! I bought a sofrito and smelled wonderful…I can’t wait to cook with it. Everything was delicious and season to perfection. Highly recommend it! Also they are very nice!!!

Sofrito Tan Rico has an incredible menu—every single thing I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious! The shrimp & meat pastelillo is 🔥, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. And don’t even get me started on the rice and beans—they’re consistently amazing with little surprise bites of flavor that keep me coming back. Every visit is a win!
