Richard saved me 3 in the morning. No 24/7 emergency truck service would come or even answer their phone. But Richard came with in 30 minutes. Saved me from loosing my load. Came back to my truck and my battery was dead. I had a load to pickup in Flagstaff, which was 150 miles out. I was at Love’s in Chandler. Love’s 24/7 Wanted me to wait until 7am. Richard was there to help.

Very reliable technician, knowledgeable & fair rate. broke down on hwy 202, AZ at 11pm Saturday night, called all the other mechanics with good reviews on google, no one showed up. Called Anytime mobile, he was far away but promised to show up in the morning. He showed up in the morning, drove around looking for the parts but couldn’t find bcos KW was closed.
He managed the situation & got me off the road side to a truck stop. Saved me towing fees.
Monday morning he showed up, we got the parts, fixed it in no time & back on the road.

We experienced a loss of a tire, wheel, and brake drum on our fifth wheel trailer on I-8, 30 miles from the 1-10 junction. Richard was able to perform a temporary repair with a brake drum and bearings to get us back on the road to our destination. Without his help we would have been stuck in the middle of the desert for a long time.
