The rate that I am giving is for management so the fact that I had scheduled an appointment and when I got there I was told to have a seat that someone would take care of me, well long story short if I would’ve stood up and walked to the counter. I would’ve not been seen to me that’s is poor customer service and management.
Now Mr.Smith was great he was very attentive and has a great personality and great customer service. I give him 5 stars ⭐️

Took my vehicle in there and spent over $2,000+ on repairs. Only to find out they did a shady job on the car, taking short cuts on repairs and had to take it back. Oil still leaking and the guy at the counter was playing dumb when trying to explain to him the issue with the car like he had ear wax in his ears. Bad customer service experience, and I definitely regret giving them the opportunity to service my car.

I’ve never been around so many arrogant men at once. Scheduled an oil change. Showed up 15 mins early. Paul was not friendly in anyway. “Can I help you… keys?” Just very short. Called 1.5 hours later for an estimated timeframe for it to be completed. They told me another 2 hours.. I told them I have to work, so I’ll pick it up now instead. I was 3 mins away, pulled in and saw them speeding my car into the back. I went in and nobody was up front for a good 7 mins. Then a tech came up, put something on the counter and didn’t even acknowledge me. Paul, shoving his face with pizza, came back and said an hour. I came back, and it had been ready. Nobody called to let me know. Irritating that they took my car back once I said I need it, preventing me from leaving so they can make a sale. 2nd negative experience. Won’t give them an option for a 3rd time. Terrible customer service. At least communicate that you’re behind and let me make my own decision, not a forced one.

I have been a loyal customer at Big O Tires for a long time. I’ve done oil changes, brake services, and purchased tires there because I believed in supporting a local business and trusted their service.
Today I had a very disappointing and honestly upsetting experience.
I went in because my truck had a nail in the middle of the tire — an area that is normally repairable. I greeted the front desk employee politely, but he did not greet me back. He was cold and unfriendly, simply saying, “How can I help you?” with no basic courtesy.
After I explained the situation, he immediately told me it would be better to replace the tire instead of repairing it — the same tire I previously purchased from them. I asked if someone could at least check to see if it could be repaired. He then told me they only had repair availability next Friday. However, he also said if I wanted to replace the tire, they could do it today.
That didn’t make sense to me.
There were no cars in the lot. I even asked one of the technicians in the garage if they were busy, and he immediately said they were very slow and it was a calm day. That made the situation feel even worse — like my repair wasn’t a priority because it wouldn’t generate as much money as selling a new tire.
I left feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer.
I went to Discounted Tires instead, and the experience was completely different. They checked the tire, confirmed it was repairable, fixed it, and didn’t even charge me. The customer service was respectful, honest, and welcoming.
Customer loyalty should matter. Respect should matter. Honesty should matter.
Sadly, after today, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Took a car in for 2 new tires and alignment. Was advised vehicle ready. Less than 30 days later the rear suspension adjustments were finger lose and the tire is now trash as the camber adjustment did not hold ruining the tire. Advised staff brought the car back new alignment was done incorrectly leaving the camber negative and rear toe negative. Also no option of replacing the tire that was ruined. I no longer trust the technicians and leadership at Big O to properly diagnose and repair issues as well as not offering a resolution for the ruined tire.
