Brake Masters #234

This is another place I frequently visit as a tow truck driver, continuously dropping cars off. The staff treats tow truck drivers with respect. They’re nice to us. They tell us exactly where they would like the car, or as close to where we can get it to where they want it. They understand that we have a hard job and we don’t always fit in the areas that they would like the cars to be put so they make arrangements for us

This is a review that I was certain that I had to do. I appreciate everyone at Brakes Masters for all the care and consideration that has been given to me over the last few months. Although no one wants to deal with car problems, it’s all things we just have to get done. But truly the amount of respect, teamwork, communication and dedication this team gives to each and every client that comes into their business is truly amazing. It’s been a really long time since I’ve had anything especially good happen for me where I felt like I was being cared for and it happened to me today. Thank you, Dale, Isaac and team for taking care of my car and ensuring that I would be able to safely drive myself and children around. I feel like a diamond in the dirt today. Thank you for everything! If you need a trusted source to fix your car, this is a place to be. If you need kind people to look out for you, this is a place to be. Great job, gentlemen!

I had my vehicle serviced for the first time at Brake Masters #234 in Maricopa, AZ, and it was a great experience. They offered and honored a very nice discount and did not try to up sale me on anything. I spoke with several different members of staff and each one was very approachable, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend their services!
