Great customer service! I originally came in for an oil change, and while I was waiting Walter let me know my battery was running low and might need to be replaced. I agreed at first, but after texting my husband he reminded me that my previous battery was still under warranty. I called Walter back to explain, and even though the new battery had already been installed, he and the team were very understanding and kind enough to remove it. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to help. Overall, a great experience with very helpful staff!

I was really in need to getting my oil changed. The place I had gone to for three years (across the street) just was not providing good service. So I came to Brakes Plus. The best decision I have ever made. I did not have an appointment and I needed to be gone by 5. Steve took care of my car right then and I was out way before 5.
