Ron was amazing. He was able to reset the electrical system in the truck (2021 Ram 1500). Instead of saying he couldn’t do it after his tools failed, he pushed forward and got the right software update and completed the task.

When I dropped off my car, I asked about a problem I was having. My car is missing badly while I’m idling at a traffic light. The technician said yes that is a problem and we will address it. I told him I was leaving on a 2000 mile trip in 10 days. I had to leave my car overnight so they could order parts for leaking spark plugs. After paying $950, I brought my car home but checked at traffic signals if the problem was fixed. It was not! I called and complained why it was not fixed. They said to bring it back in and for another $130 plus they would fix the problem. Screw that. I’m bringing my car somewhere else from now on.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I made an appointment specifically for a muffler inspection — nothing more, nothing less. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00, and when I arrived, I was told it would take an hour.
How does a simple muffler inspection take an hour, especially when I had a scheduled appointment? If you can’t honor appointment times, don’t schedule them.
Save yourself the time and frustration — I recommend finding another shop

I had a great experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Maricopa on John Wayne Pkwy.
John at the front desk was very accommodating and immediately agreed to have someone help me out. Omar came over to the Autozone parking lot and was extremely helpful in resetting the computer on my VW Jetta after I had just purchased a new battery from Autozone.
Both John and Omar went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location!
