Shell Rapid Lube

This place might have OK prices but their service is terrible super lazy atmosphere. The guy asked me for my mileage. I told him 129,000 you know it’s a 2003 you looked at me like I was crazy and walked away I was planning on hooking them up with a fat tip because their prices were OK. I rather take it somewhere or cost $150 to change your oil.

This used to be a 5 star review. We have been taking our several vehicles for service to this place for a few years now. Always been happy. But the last time they really screwed up. Without getting into too much detail -since management doesn’t read these anyway- they caused a problem that cost us $280 to remedy. Of course they denied all responsibility regardless of the fact that between the time they did an oil change and the time the problem was noticed, the hood of the car was never even opened by anyone. Never going back again, although we prefer to support local small businesses versus the corporate chains. I guess it’s back to doing oil changes on my own. Can’t trust anyone these days. 🙁
